How to prove the need according to the date of ownership and registration of the vehicle

Proof of need when issuing a special transport operating card is divided into two parts:

If the vehicle was registered and owned before 07/05/1441 AH

1. 1. Fill out the data required in the application and attach proof of your ownership of the vehicle before 07/05/1441 AH.
