- He stated that the decision to make it mandatory to install tracking and weight measuring devices in trucks will contribute to raising and controlling the level of safety, efficiency and quality of service, in addition to preserving the quality of roads and reducing their impact on excessive loads, as this technology makes it easier to determine the location of the truck, monitor speed, and monitor weight and load. Authorized regulations.
- He pointed out that this technology allows monitoring the working hours of truck drivers, and ensuring the regularity of the trucks and their drivers, which achieves the integration of work with partner government agencies, such as the Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Administration of Traffic, Road Security, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, and other partner and concerned agencies.
